New life for a family heirloom

A great couple engaged us to refurbish a second generation kitchen hutch, this hutch was purpose built and created for the time, but now needed to fit into a new century.

My client asked us to remove the top ornate look to help with the transition and it now has that clean look. Sanded back primed and painted, the hinges were stripped and painted black to match the new handles. The top was stained and waxed the paint used was Dulux Double Alabaster.

The coffee table is also Double Alabaster the top stained and waxed, all the drawers are sealed with a polyurethane.
